Returns Policy

Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, but they may be exchanged for a different service of equal value or used as credit toward any service offered at ValentinaMPM. Gift cards are digital only and no physical card is shipped.

Services & Digital Products
For PMU services and digital products, no returns or refunds are available after purchase. Please review all service details carefully before booking.

Physical Products
Unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify, the item must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition

Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@valentinampm.com with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or solution.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No physical card is mailed.

Physical Products
We ship physical products to most locations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
